Our concept

Members with a membership that includes the €1 discount benefit are eligible for a €1 discount per workout.
You can accumulate a maximum discount of €1 per day. Multiple visits in a day will not result in additional discounts.
There must be also a minimum of 30 minutes between the check-in and check-out times to receive the €1 discount.
The maximum discount you can accumulate within a 4-week period is €28.
Please note that your discount can never exceed your membership fee for the 4-week period.

Members of TrainMore with a €1 discount membership receive a €1 discount per visit. This discount is deducted from the automatic debit of the next 4-week period. This means that you will not receive any discount during the first 4 weeks or during any promotional period you may have. And if you ever cancel your membership (which we hope you won’t, of course), you will no longer receive a discount on your visits during the last 4 weeks, as there will be no more automatic debits to apply the discount.

When you check in with your TrainMore tag, every workout is automatically recorded and deducted as a discount in the following period.

You can accumulate a maximum discount of €1 per day. Multiple visits per day do not result in additional discounts. Also, there must be at least 30 minutes between the check-in and check-out times to receive a €1 discount.

If you would like to know how much €1 discount you have accumulated so far, you can check this in the TrainMore app under the Discount Tracker. You can view this under your “Number of visits.” This refers to the current 4-week period, and the number increases until the period ends. This number, on the last day of the period, represents the discount you will receive as a member on your next invoice. After that, it will reset to 0.

This fee covers your registration costs, €20 vending machine credit, a 45-minute personal training session (*only available at clubs with a Personal Trainer), workout schedules in the TrainMore app, access to NutriAI, a meal tracking app that suggests recipes based on Artificial Intelligence worth €12,99 per month and exclusive member discounts with our partners, such as Björn Borg, Hyperice, and others.

Our memberships

Yes, that is possible. Our members can cancel their membership within 14 days of signing up. This can be done by filling out the online cancellation form.

If you have used our club facilities only once, it is completely free to terminate your membership. If you have used our facilities two or more times, we will charge a proportional amount to the member, as stated in our general terms and conditions.

Proportional means, for example, that someone who has visited the club three times within two weeks and decides to terminate their membership, would ultimately not have needed to sign up for a membership, but could have bought 3 day passes instead. These are the costs we would charge in such a case. If a member has visited the club so often in the first two weeks that it is more cost-effective to sign up for a Flex membership for one month, those would be the costs.

We offer various types of memberships, which may vary per club. You can view all the options per club on our membership page.
The club where you sign up for your membership will be your ‘home club’, and you can only train at this club.
If you have a Black Label membership, you can train at the designated Black Label club as well as all other non-Black Label (except for TrainMore Amstelveenseweg) and non-Red Label clubs.
If you have a Red Label membership, you can train at the designated Red Label club as well as all other clubs.
If you want to upgrade your membership to have access to multiple clubs, such as all clubs excluding Black Label or all clubs including Black Label, you can easily manage this yourself through this page.
It is not possible to upgrade to have access to all TrainMore Red Label locations because we operate a members-only concept at these locations with a limited number of memberships.

You can always upgrade your membership, but it will require entering into a new contract with a minimum term of 1 year. After the change, you will be billed the base amount for the new membership every 4 weeks (accumulated discounts cannot be carried over).
If you are still benefiting from an ongoing promotion, the new membership will take effect after the promotion ends. Downgrading to a cheaper membership is only possible when the current membership expires.

With our old regular (student) memberships (memberships requested before 21-12-2020), you can customize them according to your preferences and training style using our upgrades. You can add an UP (upgrade) through the online upgrade form.

Yes, that’s possible!

If you are unable to use our facilities for more than one month due to illness or injury, you can temporarily pause (freeze) your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum period 6 months.

We do ask you to share documentation with us that demonstrates your inability to work out at our club. The freezing period will only start after we have received the requested evidence, and it has been reviewed and approved by us.

The period during which the membership is frozen will be added to the originally agreed-upon term.

If you want to freeze your membership for any of the above reasons, please contact customer service through our online contact form.

Note: We can process your request even faster if you attach a doctor’s certificate right away.

Certainly, there are several options available for accessing our clubs:

1. Flex Memberships: You can easily purchase a Flex Membership through our website. This membership covers a period of 4 weeks, automatically renews, and can be cancelled on a monthly basis.

2. Monthly Pass: Whether through our website or directly at our clubs, you can purchase a monthly pass using iDEAL. With the monthly pass, you’ll have access to one of our clubs for 4 consecutive weeks. There are no initiation fees, and the membership stops automatically.

3. Day Pass: For even more flexibility, you can buy a day pass at any of our clubs using iDeal. With this day pass, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to our facilities during your visit. The prices of our day passes are as follows:

Payments

It can happen that members with a Eurodiscount believe they have accumulated more discount during their last 4-week period than is actually the case. The following information applies only to memberships with a €1 discount.

You might be training twice a day, thinking it would earn you extra discounts. However, only one visit per day is counted toward the discount, meaning you can accumulate a maximum of €1 discount per day. Additionally, visits shorter than 30 minutes do not count toward the discount calculation; only visits longer than 30 minutes are considered.

If you do not receive Eurodiscount, or if you do but still feel this doesn’t explain your membership fee, please contact one of our staff members in the club or reach out to our Customer Care Department.

The first payment can be made by pin transaction during your first visit to one of our clubs. If you are unable to visit the club to make this payment in person, we will collect this amount through automatic debit after a certain period of time.

During the initial term, we will collect the following amounts:

• The one-time fee for a Starter Package (if applicable to your membership).

• The first membership fee, unless you have one or more free months included in your membership. In that case, we always start with this, and no payments will be collected during these free months. Once the free months are over, the membership fee will be automatically collected every 4 weeks.

Note: Do you have a membership with €1 discount? During the period of these free months, the visitor discount of €1 per workout will not be applied. This discount will start accumulating once the promotional period of the free months is over.

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. TrainMore Red Label clubs are our members-only clubs. However, you can submit a request to upgrade to a TrainMore Red Label membership here:
With a Red Label membership, you have access to all other TrainMore clubs except for other Red Label clubs. For example, if you have a membership at TrainMore Red Label Westerpark, you can go to all other TrainMore clubs except for TrainMore Rembrandtpark Red Label.

Red Labels will have a limited amount of members and will only be accessible to members of the club itself. Open the TrainMore app.
In the app, go to the two arrows at the top right corner (these arrows point in opposite directions).
Now select the desired club from the drop-down menu (If the desired club is not listed, click on the plus sign at the top right to add the desired club).
Back at the main menu, click on Classes, and there you will see the class schedule by day, type of class, and instructor.

Wij mogen onze membership fee jaarlijks aanpassen (indexeren) met het Consumentenprijsindex (CPI)-percentage. Als wij jouw membership fee aanpassen, moeten wij je hiervan minimaal 30 dagen van tevoren op de hoogte stellen.

Use a towel to sit or lie on.
Respect others: please keep noise to a minimum.

Indien je membership met een percentage hoger dan de CPI-prijsindex is aangepast en je hebt nog een lopend membership, heb je de mogelijkheid om tot 29 december 2024 op te zeggen via ons opzegformulier. In dat geval word je membership beëindigd vanaf 1 januari 2025, jouw einddatum kan verschillen afhankelijk van jouw betalingscyclus. Na 29 december 2024 vervalt echter het recht om binnen je membership je opzegging te doen.
Als je membership met een percentage lager dan de CPI-prijsindex is geïndexeerd en je hebt een membership van 1 jaar of langer, is tussentijdse opzegging niet mogelijk. Deze prijsindexatie is binnen het huidige membership toegestaan en vormt daarom geen reden om het membership eerder te beëindigen.
Voor een maandelijks opzegbaar membership blijft het altijd mogelijk om op te zeggen, met een opzegtermijn van Ă©Ă©n maand.
