BTY CLB (at TrainMore Amsterdam Singel, Oost & Rotterdam Coolsingel, Den Haag, Utrecht Janskerkhof) – Workouts at a unique club atmosphere, promoting body positivity and self-improvement. Special concepts such as BTY BASE, BTY ABS, BTY UP, BTY LIFT.
TRIB3 (at TrainMore Amsterdam Koninginneweg & Haarlem) – Get ready for a 45-minute HIIT class, in which you train in three zones – Treadmills, Resistance and Intensity. We’re sure you’ll love this heart-pumping workout, as much as we do.
Yoga (at TrainMore Amsterdam Koninginneweg, Piet Heinkade, Bullewijk, Oog in al & IJburg) – Try our yoga classes, suitable for all levels of experience, to elevate your zen and flexibility.
PILAT3S (at TrainMore Amsterdam Oosterdok, Roelof Hartplein & Rotterdam Delftsepoort) – More strength. More flexibility. Strengthen your core and reduce the risk of injuries with our Pilates classes. Train deep abdominal and back muscles, improve your posture, and enhance mobility and flexibility through a mix of low-impact exercises.
We also offer treatments bookable in the app, such as the Hydroxy bar and Red light therapy.
Other classes
IJburg offers a high variety of classes such as Hyrox training, spinning and circuit training, Zumba, pilates, boxing and body pump.
Bullewijk also offers a wide variety of classes such as pilates, Booty HIIT and boxing.
Oog in Al Offers a variety of classes such as Pilates, spinning, circuit training and different strength classes.
