We offer many concepts in different clubs:
BTY CLB (at TrainMore Amsterdam Singel, Oost & Rotterdam Coolsingel) – Workouts at a unique club atmosphere, promoting body positivity and self-improvement. Special concepts such as BTY BASE, BTY ABS, BTY UP, BTY LIFT.
TRIB3 (at TrainMore Amsterdam Koninginneweg & Haarlem) – Get ready for a 45-minute HIIT class, in which you train in three zones – Treadmills, Resistance and Intensity. We’re sure you’ll love this heart pumping workout, as much as we do.
Yoga (at TrainMore Amsterdam Koninginneweg, Piet Heinkade, Oosterdok & IJburg) – Try our yoga classes, suitable for all levels of experience, to elevate your zen and flexibility.
Pilates (at TrainMore Amsterdam Oosterdok) – More strength. More flexibility. Strengthen your core and reduce the risk of injuries with our Pilates classes. Train deep abdominal and back muscles, improve your posture, and enhance mobility and flexibility through a mix of low-impact exercises.
Barre (at TrainMore Amsterdam Oosterdok) – This class is for all dancers, non-dancers, and everyone in between. During Barre, you train your body with a blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet. Pulse, tone, and tuck for long, strong muscles like only dancers have! No experience is required for this dynamic barre workout.
