Each session will depend on your fitness goals, but overall will consist of exercises and guidance to achieving these goals.
Trainers track workouts in Virtuagym/Gymstory and do monthly measurements on Body composition scanners.
The right exercises for your goal, in the right order, with the right intensity for the most optimal results. The workout selection is tailored to ensure there is no risk of injury, motivation is high and you are provided expert guidance throughout every session.

Yes, our trainers can give you advice on your nutrition and its benefits. However, they are not trained dieticians.
Trainers can adapt or work around a pre-existing injruy. For a health condition we want you to have clearance from a medical specialist first. If you are unsure about anything or have questions about this, you can book a free personal training intake to discuss this with one of our trainers at your club.
