Bio

Hi,

I’m Youri, a 26-year-old personal trainer and physiotherapist from Amsterdam. I speak English, Dutch, and a bit of Russian. Fitness has been my biggest passion for over three years now, and what I love most is helping others discover the joy and benefits of training while reaching their goals.

I have a background in physiotherapy, a minor in personal training and nutrition, and I’m NSCA certified. My approach combines science with practicality, whether it’s hypertrophy, strength gains, or nutrition. I focus on making workouts effective, sustainable, and most importantly, enjoyable.

I believe the best progress happens when you actually like what you’re doing. That’s why I take the time to explain things clearly, adjust programs to fit your needs, and keep things fresh and motivating. My own journey from experimenting in the gym to becoming a trainer taught me that fitness isn’t just about lifting weights. It’s about building confidence, resilience, and a stronger version of yourself.
