I’ve been passionately doing strength and conditioning sports for the past 20 years. Since then, I’ve gained over a decade of coaching experience in sports schools and among individual clients. My resilience and experience leads me to excellent managing and motivating individuals and groups with great success and results.
I promote training consistency through high energy, fun and inclusive programmes that engage all ages, across a wide range of fitness.’
