As someone deeply passionate about fitness, I firmly believe in the benefits of regular training and maintaining a healthy, plant-based diet for enhancing strength, wellness, sustainability, and overall happiness. My fitness journey began with calisthenics and has since transitioned into a dedicated focus on strength training, where I continuously challenge myself to enhance strength and build muscle mass.
