He! My name is Alex Duncan
With over 6 years of experience as a personal trainer, I bring both passion and expertise to every session. My journey in sports began at age 4, training in judo, where I competed at a national level in the Netherlands until I was 14. By the time I was 16, I had moved into the fitness world, starting as a group fitness instructor, and by 18, I was working as a personal trainer in some of the most respected boutique gyms in and around Amsterdam.
As a trainer, I believe that fitness should enhance your enjoyment of life, helping you feel energized and strong. I work closely with clients to find the right balance that allows them to pursue their goals in a sustainable way, while still embracing a full and active life. My approach is focused on pushing you to achieve your best, but always with an emphasis on living well and feeling good along the way. Together, we’ll build a plan that maximizes your potential and aligns with your lifestyle, bringing out the strongest, most balanced version of you.
