Fitness and well-being have always been close to my heart. Through personal experience and my studies, including my degree in Sports and Performance Psychology, I’ve seen how fitness can significantly enhance both physical and mental well-being. My goal is to share this knowledge and support others in reaching their full potential. I strive to understand each person’s unique motivations so we can work together to achieve their goals in a way that feels both meaningful and attainable.
