I have been strength training and bodybuilding for more than 10 years and in the past 5 years I have been able to guide many men and women in achieving their goals in this field. Acquiring new knowledge is very important to me and I regularly make changes in my approach if it appears that I can do so in a more efficient or targeted way!
I take a holistic approach in my coaching, because I believe that training, nutrition, mobility, lifestyle & stress management and mental health are factors that are inextricably linked. Together, we will strengthen these factors, better align them and not me, but you will convince yourself that you can achieve extraordinary performance!
