Hey, my name is Max. I am a big believer in enjoying life to the fullest while maintaining a balanced lifestyle, in which sports and health play a crucial role.

As someone who was previously overweight and unfamiliar with fitness, I experienced the potential of training to transform all aspects of your life. Having gone through the whole journey myself, I have battled all the unexpected obstacles and celebrated each milestone along the way.
This has motivated me to share this experience with others to help them achieve their own personal goals and find a way to integrate fitness into their daily lives.

Possessing a background in nutrition alongside personal training, my main focus for my clients include weight loss, hypertrophy, and strength training.
