Bio

Sports and being healthy is something my parents taught me at a young age. My parents almost forced me to play a sport, and I’m happy they did. In my youth I played football, hockey, and tennis. When I turned 17, I went to the gym for the first time. I was a (in my mind) skinny kid who wanted to gain some weight to feel secure about myself. I started to gain more interest in the human body and how fat loss, muscle building, and other processes of the body are taking place.

At a later age I found myself struggling with mental health. This completely changed my life, first for the worst, but afterwards, it changed me for the better. I knew what I wanted to do with my life: using sport and fitness to help people to have a better relationship with themselves, mentally and physically.
