Biografie

Health and fitness are a huge part of her life and she is excited to share her passion with others! Laila started her adventure into the world of group fitness/personal Trainer by taking a Bachelors in Exercise & Sports Science and a Minor in Nutrition, Laila is a well-rounded instructor/personal Trainer and has been teaching since 2002. She has taught many styles including Bodypump, Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Weight Lifting Interval Training, blend of kickboxing, Pilates, and Zumba. She tailors her classes to be welcoming to all fitness levels.
