Since the age of 13 I was intrigued and fascinated by various ways we can change our bodies and minds. Starting my movement journey in gymnastics I discovered how to approach various movement patterns with intricacy and dedication. Integrating olympic lifting through competitive events gave me insight into building overall bulletproof foundational strength. This is when I started offering Personal training advice in the fields of advanced bodyweight movements, olympic lifting, as well as handbalancing.
I have been a Personal Trainer for over five years and I’ve helped individuals reach their goals both competitively and recreationally. Currently I am undergoing a Physiotherapy programme in order to obtain further knowledge on how to balance longevity and performance for all athlete levels. Striving to move mindfully with attention to detail while still having fun!
