My name is Stephanie Park and I’m a body transformation specialist. I’ve spent my Personal Training career devoted to this. As your coach I help you with your weight loss and muscle building goals, as well as diving into your current lifestyle, which includes, stress, sleep and nutrition.
I believe training should be functional and based on your goals and body composition, training sessions are intensive but fun! I know that for any lasting change you need to go beyond just sessions and my specialty is around the psychology of nutrition and how we can create better eating habbits, so I aim to give you a full lifestyle package to get you that fitter healthier body transformation that you want and deserve, all while building up your strength and confidence!
