“As a trainer, I can only get better when you get better”
Fitness gave me a purpose, it helped me to reinvent myself. I’ve practiced strength training throughout the years which has brought me to fitness competitions and later on to a Master’s in bodybuilding and fitness. From there, I became a personal trainer and I love to help others achieve their full potential, give them structure and help them become disciplined in their way to a healthy life. Because what makes me happy is seeing my clients get better each session.
