Hi! My name is Maureen and I want to help you get comfortable with pushing yourself to reach your fitness-related goals. I believe body and mind go hand in hand, and would love for you to experience the same through movement and mindfulness.
When training, it is important to listen to your body, while also learning how to push your limits in a safe way. This is where I will help you. As your trainer I hope to ensure that you’ll look forward to your workouts, and leave the gym feeling even better.
