Hey there! I am Malika, a certified personal trainer with years of experience in strength training. I started training because I wanted to shape my body and gain muscle mass. This was way before fitness was so popular as it is now, so good information was scarce. Consequently I made a lot of mistakes along the way which resulted in lack of progress and injuries. This motivated me to expand my knowledge on fitness, nutrition and optimizing recovery and to this day I am still learning and improving.
I believe there is a right training plan for everybody. My goal is to create one for you taking in account your schedule, goals, preferences, experience and limitations. Whether your goal is to do your first pull-up or improve your body composition, I am here for you! I am looking forward to seeing you progress and discover the benefits and joy of training.
