My Name is Joel Wunderink, I am a New Zealand / Dutch Physiotherapist & Personal Trainer
I have a deep passion for learning about health, fitness and human movement which has lead me to experiment and explore many different schools of thought when it comes to health and movement.
As a coach I love to educate and help guide anyone achieve whatever goals they may desire, focusing on goal attended Training, Nutrition, Stress management and Lifestyle habits.
