As announced last year, we will be slightly increasing the membership fees as of September 1st. The costs of maintenance, equipment, and fixed expenses are rising. By adjusting the membership fee, we can continue to provide our clubs with the best and latest features. This ensures that we can continue offering our members the best possible fitness experience.
Yes, that’s possible. We are allowed to do this because we had announced it last year, and your initial contract duration has expired.
You can check your new membership fee in a personal email from us, received on the 28th of December 2022. These fees vary per club. If you did not see the email, please check your SPAM or contact our Customer Care department by filling in a contact form.
Yes, that’s possible. This change will not affect the clubs where you currently have access.
The change will take effect from September 2023. You don’t need to take any action yourself.

That’s possible. Your membership remains monthly cancelable per your contract end date. You can cancel your membership here.
