How to start

  1. Use the form to choose your club, the Personal Trainer and the package / membership.
  2. Checkout directly online and receive your credits for the training sessions.
  3. The credits are now automatically added to your account in our app.
  4. Via the ‘BOOK PT’ button in the app, you can book the training sessions with your personal trainer.
  5. Hit the gym with your trainer!

Good to know: each personal training session lasts 60 minutes.

Each Personal Training session is 60 minutes.

Our Personal Trainers offer customized workout plans tailored to individual goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, enhancing athletic performance, or improving general health and wellness. Each session will depend on your fitness goals, but overall will consist of exercises and guidance to achieving these goals.

Trainers track workouts in Virtuagym/Gymstory and do monthly measurements on Body composition scanners.

The right exercises for your goal, in the right order, with the right intensity for the most optimal results. The workout selection is tailored to ensure there is no risk of injury, motivation is high and you are provided expert guidance throughout every session.

Yes, our trainers can give you advice on your nutrition and its benefits. However, they are not trained dieticians.

Trainers can adapt or work around a pre-existing injruy. For a health condition we want you to have clearance from a medical specialist first. If you are unsure about anything or have questions about this, you can book a free personal training intake to discuss this with one of our trainers at your club.
